The project

Mareterra, a name inspired by the harmonious flow of oceans and land, is the ambitious project for the new sustainable district of incredible design in Monaco, Monaco, wanted by Prince Albert himself. The designers’ names announce the future quality of Mareterrra: Valode & Pistre Architectes, Renzo Piano with his Renzo Piano Building Workshop and Michel Desvigne’s Landscaping study.

From Port Hercule to the beach of Larvotto, will spread a luxurious park, an elegant promenade overlooking the sea, a small port, housing and spaces open to the public. The protagonist of the outdoor spaces is the greenery: the plants, native to the Mediterranean, will surround the area and the walks, allowing inhabitants and guests to reconnect with nature and appreciate the beauty of the place.

Gualini is proud to be one of this worthwhile project’s protagonists, realizing and providing curtain walls, glazed doors and stone cladding for the commercial showcases of the port.
